KINK
In April of 2022, I heard Orville Peck for the first time. I immediately began listening to “The Curse of the Blackened Eye” on repeat. I hadn’t fallen in love with a musical artist for a long time. So when Amy Seiwert invited me to choreograph for her Sketch series exploring themes of nostalgia, I knew what music I wanted to create with. “KINK” premiered in San Francisco at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture on July 15 -16, 2022.
